By accessing or using MONO Experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
MONO Experiences is a discovery and reservation platform connecting guests with restaurants, clubs, and events in Albania. We facilitate but are not party to agreements between guests and venues.
3. Reservations & Tickets
Reservations are subject to venue confirmation. Ticket purchases are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Partner Venues
Venues listed on MONO are independently operated. MONO is not responsible for the quality of service, food, or experience provided by partner venues. Disputes should be raised directly with the venue.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on MONO Experiences, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of MONO Experiences and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
MONO Experiences is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
